From explaining my requirement to a most helpful lady, (Cath) to receiving the item, was an unbelievable 24 hours. i rarely leave reviews, but this was exceptional. A lady that listened - an excellent product - impeccably packaged - delivery remarkable. The photo frame is classic and beautiful. The velvet is beautifully soft and a lovely colour. It was delivered very quickly and communication from Addison Ross was very good. I uploaded a photo and it was so lovely to open the box and find the good quality picture already in the frame. It made it feel so personal and would be ideal if you were sending the frame as a gift.
