Returns
We have a No Quibble 90 days Returns Policy for either replacement or refund. Goods must be returned undamaged including the original packaging free of any marks or tears.
For Orders placed by Architects and Interior Designers, we only accept returns for a faulty item. We do not offer Consignment or SOR.
Returns postage is at the purchasers expense. When declaring a value of the goods please use a value of $5 or less, do not use the original invoice value as you will be charged Import Duty and local VAT on the value of this declaration if over $5.
Please include your order number and a note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
