I am extremely pleased with the two bobbin mills I bought, they are beautiful. There was a small dent on one of the mills however this issue was dealt with extremely efficiently. I would absolutely recommend Addison Ross.

Absolutely love my pepper and salt mills and really appreciate the customer support that Addison Ross provided. This stemmed from the fact that I chose two colours but when they arrived they weren’t quite right for the colour for our kitchen/dining decour. Addison Ross were most helpful in recommending my nearest stockist to review the colours available and were more than willing to exchange the items even though there had been a delay in returning them post the Christmas holidays. The new colours are perfect, the quality and style are excellent. Would definitely recommend and hope to purchase as gifts for friends in the future.
