From explaining my requirement to a most helpful lady, (Cath) to receiving the item, was an unbelievable 24 hours. i rarely leave reviews, but this was exceptional. A lady that listened - an excellent product - impeccably packaged - delivery remarkable. I uploaded a photo and it was so lovely to open the box and find the good quality picture already in the frame. It made it feel so personal and would be ideal if you were sending the frame as a gift.
