Since Spring 2020 customer service has deteriorated at a rapid speed. However, there are exceptions! Addison Ross is one of them. From explaining my requirement to a most helpful lady, (Cath) to receiving the item, was an unbelievable 24 hours. i rarely leave reviews, but this was exceptional. A lady that listened - an excellent product - impeccably packaged - delivery remarkable.
