From explaining my requirement to a most helpful lady, (Cath) to receiving the item, was an unbelievable 24 hours. i rarely leave reviews, but this was exceptional. The photo frame is classic and beautiful. The velvet is beautifully soft and a lovely colour. It was delivered very quickly and communication from Addison Ross was very good.
